We’ll send you a detailed form to learn about your business, services, and goals. After you submit it, we’ll follow up by email or phone to confirm we’re on the same page.

You’re the expert, so the more insight you share, the better we can design something that fits your brand and connects with your audience.

We’ll ask things like:

• What makes your service unique and what sets you apart?
• What actions do you want visitors to take (call, contact form, email)?
• Which features matter most (contact form, gallery, pricing, testimonials, service breakdowns)?
• Any websites you love or dislike,what stands out in layout, colours, or flow?

This gives us everything we need to build a site that is clear, focused, and aligned with your goals. Once the contract is signed and your first payment is received, we start your design draft.

2. Design and Build

We bring your ideas to life!

After our initial chat, we use everything we’ve learned to create a concept draft. You’ll receive this in around three to four weeks. It outlines the layout, style, and direction we’re heading in.

Once you’ve given feedback, we begin the full build. We design for phone screens first, then expand and refine it for computers. Every part of the site is built from scratch. No templates, we want your site to be completely unique.

You'll get:

• Your branding, colours, and style applied throughout the site.
• Two rounds of design revisions to make sure everything feels right.

From start to finish, your complete website is typically ready to go in four to six weeks. This depends on how quickly we receive your content and feedback.

3. Launch & Maintain

We go live and keep everything running in the background!

Once your design is approved, we launch your site using fast, secure Australian-based hosting. If you already have a domain, we’ll connect it. If you don’t, we can help you choose, purchase, and set one up correctly.

We know domain names can be confusing, but they don’t need to be. We’ll help you register the right one for your business, keep it renewed, and manage all the behind-the-scenes settings like DNS and privacy.

Throughout the process, we’ll give you a private link so you can view your site before it goes live. You can explore it, see how it feels, and request any final tweaks. We include a couple of small revisions here before we roll it out to the world.

From this point on, you can relax. We manage the tech so you don’t have to.

This includes:

• Monitoring your site for performance and uptime.
• Applying software and security updates behind the scenes.
• Running backups so you never lose your data.

You get unlimited content updates. That could be a photo update, some new text, or a quick tweak to your contact details. We encourage you to keep your site fresh and relevant.
